Having successfully completed its strategic transition into a pure-play investment company, RAPCO is focused on capital deployment, portfolio management, and value creation across real estate and financial assets. Mr. Garg leads the Company's strategic direction, investment activity, governance, and market-facing performance, operating within the regulatory and disclosure framework of the ADX and applicable UAE corporate governance standards.
Mr. Garg concurrently serves as Chief Executive Officer of a prominent UAE Family Office overseeing a diversified multi-asset, multi-geography portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, precision manufacturing, and listed equities across the UAE and globally. He brings to RAPCO a structured investment orientation, disciplined approach to capital allocation, and extensive experience in listed-company governance, investor relations, and portfolio management.
