Mr. Garg was appointed Chief Executive Officer of RAPCO Investment by the Board on May 7, 2025. A veteran in strategic finance and business transformation, he brings over three decades of experience spanning business ownership, financial management, M&A, restructuring, and capital raising.
He currently serves on the Boards and Executive Committees of several Ras Al Khaimah government & sovereign–owned companies and departments. Before relocating to RAK, Mr. Garg was Head of Portfolio Finance at Sequoia Capital in India where he partnered with CEOs and CFOs of 100+ portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and enhance shareholder value. He was part of the founding team of (now listed) India Shelter Finance Corporation, an innovative micro-housing finance company in India, and has held senior leadership positions across his 30+ years career with global multinationals including Max New York Life Insurance, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo – Frito Lays. Akzo Nobel, and ITC. Mr. Garg is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost Accountant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
