Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company-wide compliance framework
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including AML/CFT and sanctions
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators
- Advise Senior Management and the Board on regulatory and compliance risks
- Review new business initiatives from a compliance perspective
Candidate Requirements
- LLB mandatory (master’s degree or compliance certification is a plus)
- 7–10 years of experience in compliance or legal roles within UAE or GCC financial services
- Strong regulatory knowledge, advisory capabilities, and stakeholder management skills
