Sheikh Mohammed Humaid Abdulla Mohammed Alqasimi, a graduate in financial sciences from the American University of Sharjah, assumes the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. With a distinguished background, Sheikh Mohammed has been instrumental in various leadership capacities. Since 2018, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAPCO Investment PJSC. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Animal Products Company. His leadership extends to being the Managing Director of the Rakez Authority and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAK International Corporate Center Management.
Mr. Mubarak Ali Mubarak Al Shamsi, holding a Master of Business Administration with a Diploma in Agriculture, brings extensive experience to the board. He has served as Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of RAPCO Investment PJSC since 1997. Mr. Al Shamsi's past roles include Acting President of the Northern Agricultural Region, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Municipal Council, Director of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, President of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, and a former member of the National Council.
Mr. Abdulla Khalfan Mohammed Alshuraiqi Almehrezi, equipped with a Higher Diploma in Agriculture and extensive training from the United Nations and other institutions, has been a valuable member of the Board of Directors of RAPCO Investment PJSC since 1982. His previous roles include Director of the Northern Agricultural Region for two decades, National Council Member, and positions in various companies such as Majan Printing and Packaging Company LLC and Ras Al Khaimah Packaging Company LLC.
Mr. Mohammed Hassan Mohammed Alshamsi Alawadhi, holding a Bachelor of Agriculture with a specialization in animal production and food industries from the University of Riyadh, brings a wealth of knowledge to the board. Since 2018, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors of RAPCO Investment PJSC. Mr. Alawadhi's experience includes roles in Gulf Investment Company PJSC, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Poultry Breeders Association and the Former Director of the Western Agricultural Zone, and Former Director of Livestock Development, and the Former Director of the Agriculture and Gardens Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Works.
Ms. Aaesha Shehhi is business leader / management executive with over 16 years senior in Urban planning, Real estate, GIS, Data and IT experience with a focus on improving businesses operations through digital transformation, spatial strategies and solutions that support business intelligence. Aaesha holds a master’s degree in engineering project management from American university of RAK, a Bachelor in Geographic information system from UAEU, Diploma in government performance management from Melbourne University. She is an executive member of quality-of-life city council in UAE. In 2021 she graduated from UAE leadership program in future leader category. In 2022 she graduated from RAK executive leadership program. She was awarded by the RAK emirates leadership in 2022 on the outstanding ambassador at representing the UAE abroad.
